That said.Most often, things like this are a problem with OSX far more often than a problem with Capture One. I strongly recommend that you open a support case with phase one - They'll get you going pretty rapidly. Are you getting any error messages? Is the DMG image not opening? A lot could be going on here. Could you give us a bit more information? "7.15 will not install" is pretty vague.
